A unique natural heritage of national parks, nature parks, canyons and waterfalls awaits you.

The Kastamonu Protected Areas portal is designed to promote the province's rich biodiversity and protected natural areas to the public and the world.

The portal provides comprehensive information on dozens of protected areas under six main categories: national parks, nature parks, natural monuments, nature conservation areas, wildlife development areas and wetlands.

Content is based on up-to-date inventory reports compiled from relevant institutions.

To disseminate conservation awareness by presenting Kastamonu's unique natural heritage in a reliable, accessible and bilingual digital form.

Our Vision

To be a model information platform for nature tourism in Türkiye, fully accessible to everyone including the visually impaired.
